How can  we place a replacement request on dapperdogge.com?

You can apply for replacement within 48 hours of the delivery. For raising a replacement request due to any reason, you just need to contact us ([email protected]) along with the details of your product. Once the replacement request is made, we will initiate the process and ensure that replacement is made at the earliest. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged, with the original packaging and receipt or invoice with it.

*Please note that replacement will be made only after thoroughly investigating the reason for which you want to replace the product.

Returns & Refunds

We issue refunds in store credit only. If  there’s a specific issue and the customer doesn’t want store credits, they can get in touch with us and explain why they should be refunded for the product they purchased  . Please note that the final decision whether to refund the money or offer store credits solely relies on Dapper Dogge and it’s team. You can get in touch to know more about refunds on  [email protected].   The customer needs to pay for return shipping.
 

Store Credit

Store credit is issued when a customer requests a refund for a product  they’ve purchased via our online store. Store credit is  issued only after we’ve received the product the customer purchased but wished to return . Store credits would amount to the price paid for  products purchased or subtotal (excluding payment processing fees, shipping & other taxes/VAT). Store credit is valid for up to 2 weeks. In special cases, we extend that time period to 1 month but no more than that.
 

Exchanges

Products bought from our online store can be exchanged for products of the same cost via our website . The customer needs to give us a valid reason as to why they’re requesting a product exchange. The product will qualify for an exchange only if the exchange request is raised under 48 hours from the date the customer received the product being exchanged. Any exchange requests made after that time period will be  denied.  The customer needs to pay for return shipping.
